Ir. Amar Abdul Rani is an AEMAS Certified Energy Manager (CEM) who is responsible in monitoring the Energy Efficiency Programmes implemented by the IIUM.

*AEMAS – ASEAN Energy Management Scheme is a regional ASEAN initiative developed and supported by the highest energy authorities and agencies of ASEAN, including 10 ASEAN Ministers of Energy. AEMAS was funded by the European Commission and led by the ASEAN Center for Energy (ACE) in eight (8) ASEAN members states, namely – Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
