Gombak, 6 November 2025 – The Finance Division of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) received a working visit from the Treasury Department of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) this morning. The delegation was led by Madam Zuraida Zakaria, Head of the Treasury Department, USIM.

The visiting delegation was welcomed by the Finance Director of IIUM, Sir Mohamad Nasir Kama, and the Senior Deputy Director of the Information Technology Division (Financial Application Systems), Madam Siti Zarina Muhamat.

The purpose of this visit was to conduct a working session and benchmarking exercise, as well as to share experiences and knowledge regarding the successful implementation of IIUM’s Integrated Receipts System, also known as IIUM EzPay. Key focus areas included the system’s ability to generate official receipts in real-time and its capability to organise and streamline crowdfunding activities conducted at the university in a more structured, efficient, and systematic manner.

IIUM EzPay is an online payment platform that facilitates efficient payment of fees and other services for IIUM students, clients, and staff. The system provides 24/7 access, allowing users to make payments via various methods such as e-wallets, credit cards, debit cards, and internet banking. It also provides payment confirmations and notifications, while storing transaction records that can be accessed for future reference. IIUM EzPay is equipped with robust security measures and delivers a seamless, fast, and secure payment experience for students and staff.

IIUM and the Finance Division would like to express their sincere gratitude to USIM for this visit. It is hoped that this working session will enhance knowledge on receipt management governance and new technologies, while also fostering a strong collaborative relationship between IIUM and USIM.
