DATES OF PAYROLL ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR 202<\/b>6<\/b><\/p>

Payroll activities for the year 2026 shall be as below:<\/p>

  1. SALARY<\/u><\/strong>PAYMENT\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>FOR PART TIME\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>STAFF<\/u><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0IMPORTANT NOTES:<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Please make sure that all documents are complete and to be submitted within the stipulated time as per the above schedule.<\/li>
    2. Payment of eligible claims (except for overtime claim) shall be made within the\u00a0same month<\/strong>\u00a0subject to submission of complete documents\u00a0before or on\u00a0the\u00a0last submission\u00a0date.\u00a0Otherwise, the claims shall be processed in the following payroll month.<\/li>
    3. All non-fixed allowances shall\u00a0be claimed using the specified form which can be\u00a0downloaded from the MSD\u00a0website below:\u00a0(<\/strong>https:\/\/www.iium.edu.my\/division\/msd\/downloadable-forms-3)<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>
    4. All payroll related claims (except for overtime claim) shallt be submitted\u00a0within 3 months from the date of the events\/programmes.<\/strong>\u00a0Please check the\u00a0claims payment in the payslip accordingly. Any\u00a0queries should be\u00a0reported to Payroll & Financial Services Unit\u00a0within\u00a03\u00a0months.\u00a0 Otherwise, it will not be\u00a0entertained and shall be considered as lapsed.<\/li>
    5. Payslip may be viewed <\/strong>within two (<\/strong>2) days before payday. <\/strong>Hence, any discrepancies can be reported to\u00a0pfsu@iium.edu.my<\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0correction. However, the adjustment can only be processed in the following month\u2019s payroll.<\/li>
    6. Claims from respective KCDIOMs shall be submitted through Finance Zone Office<\/strong>\u00a0before the last submission date of complete documents as stipulated in the above\u00a0schedule. The claims\u00a0are as follows:<\/li><\/ol>
      • Part-Time (Academic) claim<\/li>
      • Extra Teaching claim<\/li>
      • Overtime \/Extra\u00a0Working\u00a0Hour claim<\/li>
      • Shift Allowance claim<\/li>
