We are delighted to inform you about the successful\u00a0launch of the IIUM New Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR)<\/b>. The\u00a0event was graced by our Honorable Rector, Prof. Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Dzulkifli Abdul Razak on 5th March 2024, Tuesday<\/b>. This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in our journey towards fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the IIUM community.<\/span><\/div>

The introduction of the new APAR system underscores our commitment to enhancing transparency, fairness, and professionalism in evaluating the performance of all members of IIUM. By providing a structured framework for performance assessment, feedback, and development planning, the APAR aims to empower individuals to excel in their respective roles and contribute effectively to the university’s overarching goals and objectives.<\/span><\/div>
