Your contributions have been essential in helping IIUM maintain accurate records in compliance with the Public Service Department (PSD) guidelines.<\/span><\/p>

In line with the Sistem Saraan Perkhidmatan Awam (SSPA) announced by the Prime Minister on 16th August 2024, we encourage all IIUM permanent staff to continue updating their data in HRMIS.\u00a0Please ensure that every subsection previously updated in\u00a0Rekod Peribadi<\/b><\/i>\u00a0is fully completed and not left blank, as any missing information may affect the integrity of the data and lead to inaccurate records within the system.<\/p>

To facilitate smooth integration and ensure compliance, we kindly seek your attention to the following:<\/p><\/div>


\u2022\u00a0Job Descriptions (JD) and myPortfolio<\/b>: Please refer to the attached slide<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/b>\u00a0for instructions on how to fill in JD and myPortfolio in\u00a0HRMIS<\/a><\/b>.
\u2022\u00a0Asset Declaration<\/b>:\u00a0Please ensure your asset information is updated in the\u00a0Asset Declaration Porta<\/a><\/b>l<\/a><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0The IT team will manage the necessary integration between HURIS and HRMIS.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Kindly be reminded that all staff are\u00a0<\/span>required to declare assets at least\u00a0once every five (5) years<\/b>\u00a0from the date of the initial declaration.<\/span><\/div>
