The application form for both type of bazaar can be purchased at the office of Residential and Services Department (RSD) that is RM 5.00 each for the public and free of charge for student. All student application must be recommended by the office of Student Development Division. All applicants must fulfil certain criteria to be eligible as the operators of campus bazaar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>How do the selections process for university campus bazaar being done?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">All operators for campus bazaar will be selected by the Campus Bazaar Committee (CBC) which will meet 3 times a year.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>How do I book a venue at IIUM?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">All applicants are required to fill up the Booking of Venues Form and submit to RSD at least five (5) working days before the event date. Please call the person in charge at 03-6421 3232\/ 6421 4784.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>What venue can I book from RSD?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Main Auditorium, Mini Auditorium and Experimental Hall.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Whom should I liaise with if I need to use audio visual equipment, banquet equipment and others for my event?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">For internal user that require audio visual, you have to liaise with OCAP (Office of Communication, Advocacy and Promotion) or contact 03-6421 4058 and for banquet equipment please contact the office of Daya Bersih Sdn Bhd at 03-6421 5415\/5418.
