Dear IIUM Students,
We are excited to inform you that we will be upgrading our online payment portal to enhance your user experience and improve transaction efficiency. However, this upgrade will require some scheduled downtime.
Key Details:
- Current IIUM Payment Portal (IIUM E-Payment): The current IIUM E-Payment portal will be permanently closed effective Saturday, 18th May 2024 at 7:00 AM. As of this time, online payments through the existing system will no longer be available. However, students are advised to use alternative payment options as specified on https://division.iium.edu.my/finance/payment/
- New IIUM Payment Portal (IIUM EzPay: https://ezpay.iium.edu.my): The new online payment portal ( IIUM EzPay) will be live and fully operational starting Monday, 20th May 2024 at 12:00 AM.
Important Information:
- Plan Ahead: Please ensure that any urgent payments are completed before the downtime begins to avoid any inconvenience.
- Accessing the New Portal: Detailed instructions on how to access and use the new payment portal will be provided via the Finance Division website (https://division.iium.edu.my/finance/student/)
- Anticipation of temporary glitches and minor issues: While we have taken extensive measures to ensure a smooth transition, we anticipate that there might be some temporary glitches and minor issues as the new payment portal stabilizes. We ask all parties to be patient and understand that minor glitches are a natural part of system enhancements. Our IT team will closely monitor the system and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
