Welcome to the Student Activity Awards 2025, also known as STEWARDS—a prestigious platform dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding contributions and achievements of our students at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Each year, we honor the individuals and organizations that have made a significant impact within the university community, showcasing their dedication and accomplishments.
We are excited to announce that the nominations for this year’s awards are now open! From the 17th November 2025 to the 08th December 2025, all student organizations are invited to participate and submit their nominations. This is a valuable opportunity to acknowledge and highlight the remarkable efforts that have shaped our campus life. We encourage all student bodies to take part in this celebration of excellence and help recognize the inspiring achievements that truly embody the spirit of IIUM.

Guidelines of Student Activity Awards (STEWARDS) 2025
- Participation is open to all active undergraduate students and registered clubs and societies of IIUM Gombak, Kuantan and Edu Hub Pagoh.
- Evaluation is based on the significant achievements of the individuals or clubs and societies within the period of 1st September 2024 until 30th September 2025 only.
- Candidates for individual categories should submit latest academic transcript demonstrating CGPA 3.0 and above and certified academic report by the respective Dean of Kulliyyah (for IIUM Kuantan campus).
- Completed forms must be submitted both online and as a physical copy to the STEWARDS Secretariat by 08th December 2025. Ensure the form is first verified by your Club/Society Advisor or a Mahallah Fellow, and then recommended by the relevant Deputy Dean, Director, Head of Department, or Mahallah Principal
- All clubs and societies are allowed to submit only ONE nomination for each category.
- Incomplete or late submission forms will not be considered.
- The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
