Process Flow to Book Wadi Budi MPH
- Booking Timeline: The booking must be made at least five (5) days before the event date.
- Check Date Availability: Contact Br. Nazhan at +603-6421 3631 to confirm if the hall is available on your desired date.
- Site Visit: If you wish to visit the hall, schedule an appointment with Br. Nazhan.
- Download Booking Form: Click this link, under Administration and Quality Unit, download the booking form. Internal users should use the internal user form, and external users should download the external user form.
- Form Submission: Fill out the form and submit it to Br. Nazhan at the STADD Office.
- Approval Process: The approval process takes some time. Once approved, an officer will contact you.
- Payment: Make the payment before the event starts.
- Collect Hall Key: Pick up the hall key from Br. Effendi at the STADD Office.
- Audio Visual Equipment: Contact the Office of Communication, Advocacy, and Promotion at +603-6421 4157.
- Air Conditioning and Banquet Equipment: Contact Daya Bersih Sdn. Bhd. at +603-6421 5414.
