Welcome to the Academic Management and Admission Division (AMAD)

The Academic Management and Admission Division (AMAD), formerly known as Admissions and Records Division, is headed by a Director and assisted by two Deputy Directors (Academic Staff) and a Deputy Director (Administrative Staff). It collaborates with the Kulliyyahs and academic centres in planning, implementing and monitoring undergraduate academic activities, ensuring the University’s mission and vision are realised while upholding excellence, fairness and equality in all programmes.

Among its major functions are:

  • Maintaining and securing accurate, confidential academic records for all current students, graduates and alumni.
  • Facilitating the search and recruitment of high-quality students for admission into the University.
  • Serving as the secretariat to the University Senate, managing Senate, Pre & Post Senate, and Graduation & Awards meetings.

AMAD aspires to excel in managing undergraduate academic activities, responding to the diverse educational needs of the Muslim Ummah. The Division is committed to excellence and innovation in academic administration, upholding the spirit of the Garden of Knowledge and Virtue.
