The meeting conducted to review current workplace safety and health matters and to ensure continued compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and the Safety and Health Committee Regulations 1996. The meeting provided a structured platform for management and employee representatives to discuss safety performance, highlight identified hazards, review incidents and near misses, and evaluate the status of corrective and preventive actions. Key safety concerns and improvement measures were deliberated, with clear responsibilities and follow-up actions identified. Overall, the meeting reinforced the organisation’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment through effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
