FINALS WEEK COMFORT: FREE BREAD FOR STUDENTS

Assalamualaikum Wrt. Wbt. The Student Affairs and Development Division (STADD) successfully distributed 1,000 bread and Nestlé-sponsored food packs to local and international IIUM students from 20 to 23 January 2026. Held at the STADD office during the final examination period, this initiative was strategically designed to boost students’ physical and mental readiness for their papers. To ensure equitable access across the diverse student community, the distribution was organized into two daily sessions over the four-day duration. Deputy Rector Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mohamad Fauzan Bin Noordin stated that this programme aligns with the university’s commitment to holistic student wellbeing. He further invited government agencies, the private sector, NGOs, and individuals to contribute through monetary or in-kind sponsorships to ensure the initiative’s continued success and support for student excellence.
