On 16^th December 2019, via the Records Management Committee Meeting No. 1/2019, the Archives Unit of the Dar al-Hikmah Library was officially assigned to oversee the Retention and Disposal process for institutional records.

This included taking over the management of outsourced record warehousing from the Finance Division, effective 19^th August 2020.
